Imitation Civil War Portraits

More work from my portfolio for my portrait class! These were a lot of fun, and I taught myself several new photoshop tricks in the process of trying to make these look authentic. The first image is my friend Ben Cholok, and the second is of my roommate and fellow photographer Curt Youngblood. Next up for editing is the 1920s, which I'm really excited about. I was hoping to get another shoot in before my Thursday deadline for the 1940s (picked up an amazing hat/gloves/dress combination this weekend) but it's not looking like I'll have time. Maybe that will be a summer project.
